The directory can be searched for eco-friendly actions that fall into the categories of: Reuse and Landfill Reduction, Local and Organic, Carbon Reduction, Conservation, Systemic Change, Green Certifications and Program Participation, etc. It is managed by Greenish Neighbor and hosted by Towards Zero Waste Raleigh.
The Carolina Recycling Association is a non-profit that works on waste reduction and recycling. They have a bunch of resources, including a link to the NC Recycling Market hosted by the NC Dept of Environmental quality - a good place for businesses who want to find options for waste recycling.
